Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered under Sections- 419. 420, 341, 323, 384, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8429 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
