2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Gaura P.S. Case No.103 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 80(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the F.I.R., the deceased is alleged to have been killed for demand of dowry after three months of marriage. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has committed suicide and some witnesses have surfaced after some time to support the fact of suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2024 and he

5. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail application and submits that this is not a case of suicide, this is a case of homicide and petitioner and his family members are tampering with the evidences by producing so called witnesses after some time of the incident in connivance of the I.O of the case.
6. Considering the gravity of offence and the fact that the deceased has been killed within three months of marriage, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
