22-04-2019 It appears that petitioner has moved before this court against the notice issued to the petitioner vide letter no. 1060 dated 13.11.2014 as contained in Annexure-3 to the writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted his reply vide Annexure-4 to the writ application however no decision thereon has been taken so far.

In the nature of the grievance raised in the writ application, it being disposed of with a direction to the Bihar State Hindu Religious Trust Board, Patna to consider the reply of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order
