Petitioners are in custody in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No.49/2008 registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 302, 201, 353, 504 of the IPC and Section 17 CLA. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and it is informed that the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of coaccused, who having faced full-fledged trial has already been acquitted. It appears that except the aforesaid so-called confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.
