2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit in this case.

3. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81688 of 2023 to correct the village name of the petitioners and also for extending the period of surrender.

4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the village name of the petitioners is modified and it

Bihta, District Patna and the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 747 of 2023, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 04.01.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
