The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,324,307,504,506,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused-Ram Narain Bhandari, who is alleged to have caused injury with Farsa at the head of the informant, has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.45827 of 2018, considering the nature of injury, which was simple.
