Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.11.2019 in Bettiah Mufasil P.S. Case No.103/2018 registered under Section 323, 307/506/34 IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. First Information Report goes to show that there is only allegation of conspiracy against the petitioner and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused have either been granted privilege of anticipatory bail or privilege of regular bail by different benches of this Hon'ble Court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
