The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No.50 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is a PDS dealer, who has been roped in connection with the present case on mere suspicion.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62575 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parsauni P.S.
