1. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.02.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2109 of 2023, by which the petitioner has been granted bail.

2. Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the bail petition "Parbatta P. S. Case No. 1157 of 2022" has been typed in place of "Khagaria Muffasil P. S. Case No. 1157 of 2022" and due to which the same has been mentioned in paragraph nos. 1 and 3 of the order dated 25.02.2023.

3. He, therefore, prays to modify the order dated 25.02.2023 to the extent that the "Khagaria Muffasil P. S. Case No. 1157 of 2022" be read in place of "Parbatta P. S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26615 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 Case No. 1157 of 2022".

4. Hence, the order dated 25.02.2023, passed by this Court, is required to be modified. It is accordingly modified to the extent that "Khagaria Muffasil P. S. Case No. 1157 of 2022" be read in place of "Parbatta P. S. Case No. 1157 of 2022".

5. The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.

6. This order will be integral part of the order dated 25.02.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2109 of 2023. (Jitendra Kumar, J) skm/- U T
