The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail and as such, with that liberty this anticipatory bail application may be disposed of.
The learned A.P.P. does not oppose the aforesaid submission.
In the facts and circumstances, stated above, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14340 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017, pending in the court of A.C.J.M. X, Saran at Chapra, mand seek regular bail within four weeks and after his surrender, his regular bail petition shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and shall dispose of the same on the same day and, accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of.
