JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 16.08.2016 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased died within three years of her marriage and some injuries were found on her person but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the husband of the deceased has already been sent to judicial custody and the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47236 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.Case No. 421 of 2016.
