Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order 17.08.2021 a report was called for from the court below about the stage of trial which reveals that all the six charge sheet witnesses have already been examined and now the case is running for prosecution evidence. Considering the facts of the case, the nature of accusation made against this petitioner and the progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
