Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a Prakhand Shikshak and is aggrieved by his continued order of suspension, the remedy for him in the first instance will be before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority.

This application without exhausting the statutory alternative remedy is held to be not maintainable. When such an observation has been made, learned for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this
