JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 466, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got appointed as Sevika in the Aanganwari centre on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is no longer in the employment and the informant has been appointed as Sevika in place of the petitioner. The above contention of the counsel for the petitioner has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the informant.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is no longer in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37881 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 the employment and she is a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No.998C of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
