JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sirdala P.S. Case No.574 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R. the police, on the basis of secret information, raided the house of the petitioner and recovered one stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner and also apprehend him.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2022. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.
