Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307, 188, 283, 290, 435, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. No specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is only a member of mob. Moreover, similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57 478 of 2018 and 57137 of 2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.07.2018.

No.61221 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 397 of 2018.
