Case No.167 of 2019, whereas the case is pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Araria but inadvertently it was mentioned in the petition that the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23628 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria.
