1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) To issue writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ order to the respondent authorities to select the Petitioner as Anganwadi Sevika after setting aside selection of Respondent No. 7 on the post of Anganwadi Sevika in the Anganwadi Center No. 189, Panchayat - Baurhar in Ward No. 15, Block-Harlakhi, District -Madhubani.

(II) To issue consequential writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ Order Direction directing

Patna High Court CWJC No.5193 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 the Respondents to set aside the Aam Sabha proceeding dated 14.10.22 (Annexure - 3) rejecting the candidature of the Petitioner and selecting Respondent No. 7 on the aforesaid Post as it is in violation of Rule- 7 of the Anganwadi Sevika/ Sahiyka Selection Guidelines, 2016."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of Annexure-A, to the counter affidavit filed in the present case would show that an appointment letter dated 14.10.2022, has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
