3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University informs that corrective measures will be taken in respect of the amount which was/is required to be credited into the account of the petitioners, for which he seeks four weeks time.

4. In view of the concession made on behalf of the Registrar and the Account Officer of the University, the present contempt petition is consigned.

5. In case the petitioners find that the amount has not been credited into their account within the period of four weeks, they may avail remedy or take action against the Registrar of the University for having delayed in making payment to the petitioners .
