This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.510 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 order dated 05.01.2019 passed by the learned Sub Judge-II, Patna in Mis. Case No.3 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the trial court has allowed the limitation petition filed by respondent no.1 and allowed the miscellaneous case with cost of Rs.500/- and restored the Title Partition Suit No.29 of 2006 to its original file after setting aside the order dated 22.12.2011 passed in original suit.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
The application is disposed of.
