The petitioner is accused in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 11.08.2018 in the night, some unknown untied the she-buffaloes of informant and removed from his door. When the informant came to know that she-buffalo of Baudhu Sada has also been theft then he along with his neighbour started to search she-buffalo and found that their she-buffalos were found loaded on Pick-up van. Thereafter, on seeing the villagers, three persons started to flee away, out of whom, he identified one Md. Sajjad and the driver of the vehicle
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62563 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Sanjeev Chaudhary (petitioner).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the driver of the Pick-up van and Md. Sajjad had hired the aforesaid van for some work and this petitioner has no knowledge about keeping the stolen she-buffalos of informant in Pick-up van. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in custody since14.08.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
