The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for commission of offence of theft of the motorcycle of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused Alok Raj, which has got no evidentiary value in the eye of law. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
