Petitioner is accused in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 302 of the I.P.C. and 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 of the U.A.P. Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
