=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-05-2015 The instant application has been filed for modifying the order dated 18.9.2014 on the ground that it was disposed off on an assumption that the investigation was going on in Vigilance P.S. Case No. 06 of 2010 (Special Case No. 04 of 2010) whereas charge sheet had already been submitted and cognizance taken. This Court had entertained the application so as to give a fair opportunity to the Petitioner to substantiate his ground but he has not been able to do so.

Hence, this modification application stands rejected. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
