This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 328 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/30(F)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the recovery of illicit liquor is from the public place and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20935 of 2022(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Judge, 1st, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S.
