For the Petitioner : Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Singh, Adv. For the Opposite Party : Mr. Satya Nand Shukla, APP 130 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused is of inducement to the daughter of the informant and commission of sexual assault against her. The victimgirl is still traceless. There is no contrary material to justify anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
