Petitioner is in custody in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018 for the offence under sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of jewellery and other valuable from the labourers. Learned counsel submits that the FIR was lodged against unknown.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.1.2019 yet he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.19671 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 antecedent and the case was registered against unknown yet the petitioner has not been put on TIP, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of I/C CJM, Bhabua, Kaimur, in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 419 of 2018.
