JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of constable." The learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to paragraph no. 11 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, which reads as follows:- "11. That the facts related with the process of appointment requires no comments as it is a matter of record, office record speaks that petitioner having Roll No. 54315 applied for Bhagalpur district in general category and obtained 13 Marks, where as the last

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the petitioner could not obtain the minimum cut-off marks, hence was not appointed, thus, this Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition, hence the same stands dismissed.
