The present petition has been filed with a prayer to extend the period of surrender. By order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.37432 of 2018, three petitioners were extended the privilege of anticipatory bail with condition to appear and surrender within six weeks. The present petition has been filed on behalf of one of the petitioners, namely, Pappu Kumar for extending the time. If such petition is allowed, it will amount to modify/ recall of order dated 11.07.2018 which, according to this Court, is not permissible under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The modification petition stands dismissed.
