JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also perusing the materials on record of this case, this Court would modify the order dated 10.4.2015 in Cr.Misc.No. 43356/2014 by relaxing Condition No.(iii) and the petitioner may furnish bail bonds of two bailors of 'any of his relative' instead of 'close relative'.

Consequently the time limit for surrendering the petitioner also is extended for a period of four weeks. The rest of the order dated 10.4.2015 in Cr.Misc.No. 43356/2014 shall remain intact.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this modification application is disposed of.
