The petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016, registered under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that one country made pistol and two live cartridges recovered, beneath of pillow kept on the bed, from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016, under Section 392 of I.P.C. and on the basis of confessional statement of one Sonu, petitioner has been remanded in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.256 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 21.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
