The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 25 (1-B) A/26/35 of Arms Act.

It has been submitted that the name of this petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Lakhendra Ram and Deepak Kumar, who were apprehended by the police and live cartridges were recovered from their possession. It has been mentioned in para-3of bail petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4448 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
