This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 447, 384, 385, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Sister of petitioner no. 2 has filed Title Suit No. 596 of 2014 against the named persons wherein the vendor of the informant is an intervener defendant. In the aforesaid background the allegation is that when the informant was erecting boundary wall, the petitioners and others demanded ransom to allow erection of boundary wall.

Considering the background and claim of the petitioners over the referred land, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be

Case No. 523 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
