2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 11.11.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 758 of 2017, G.R. No. 3138 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Sections 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 27.02.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 11880 of 2018.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
