This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Nautan Police Station Case No. 22 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 630 litres of U.P. made countrymade liquor has been recovered from the Bolero vehicle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
