JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is "JOUT" of the deceased victim lady. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other accused persons (inlaws) have been granted bail by this Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.44896 of 2019 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19073 of 2020(2) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.79552 of 2019 and the petitioner is in jail custody since 4.11.2019.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, District East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Jitna) P.S.
