====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are languishing in custody since 30.05.2016 in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is allegation of dowry demand and on non-fulfillment of the same subjecting to cruelty and killing the daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 30.05.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34723 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 Petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the learned counsels for the State and the informant, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (The Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016.
