Petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 442 of 2018 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 7 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 324/34of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Neither is any eyewitness to the occurrence nor is any circumstantial evidence against this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.07.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 33752 of 2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
