Mr. Anand Kishore Choudhary, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RUDRA PRAKASH MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 450 of 2023, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the daughter of the informant was married with the son of the petitioners who was subjected to torture and cruelty for demand of dowry and ultimately she was done to death by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioners are separate in mess and business from their son.

The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30298 of 2024.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 450 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
