ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C1-1084/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the nature of allegation is false and frivolous and has been motivated due to dirty village politics.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction
