The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased. She is in custody since 22.10.2016. From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
