2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 12.04.2024 at about 9:50 PM, brother of the informant went out on his motorcycle but did not return. Next day, his dead body was recovered from the wheat field with multiple stab wounds and his motorcycle was also found nearby.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired on confessional statement of co-accused Priyanka Devi. Except confessional statement, no other material available is on record to show complicity of the petitioner in present case.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that during course of investigation, co-accused Priyanka Devi has confessed that this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the deceased with knife, on her orders. As per post-mortem report, deceased sustained multiple stab wounds.
6. Considering nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
