The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. (Pator O.P.) Case No. 270 of 2018 for offences under Sections 447, 448, 323, 354, 427, 504, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on account of a dispute over construction and in the scuffle both sides received injuries. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and in the scuffle for a land dispute between the parties both sides have received injuries, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
