On confidential information, house of Ramesh Kumar was searched wherefrom 24 bottles of Royal Stag (whisky) each containing 750 ML, 408 bottles of Royal Stage (whisky) each containing 375 ML, 12 bottles of Imperial Blue (whisky) each containing 750 ML were recovered and at that very moment, petitioner was found in the house of Ramesh Kumar. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as per para3 of the petition and is under custody since 26.09.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Mahendra Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM4th, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir PS Case No. 175/2016.
