Petitioner is accused in connection with Supplementary Sadar P.S. Case No. 626 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 328 and 302/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Rekha Devi and Fagu Das have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 39033 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 28847 of 2016 on 27.09.2016 and 25.07.2016 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61199 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Supplementary Sadar P.S. Case No. 626 of 2014.
