The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case no. 52 of 2020 registered under sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., on the motorcycle of the accused Shiv Singh and Bhaskar Singh being stopped and on search, they did not produce any document with respect to the vehicle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired on the confessional statement of a co-accused which has no value in the eye of law. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner being in custody since 1.2.2020 and having no criminal antecedent, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case no. 52 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar.
