The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Compliant Case No. 230 of 2013, registered under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act. The accusation is of torturing of the complainant/O.P. No.2 by her husband and other in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of cow in dowry and also removing her from matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongings. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a disabled person and he cannot walk without stick, which has detailed in the complaint petition. Further submission is that due to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19065 of 2017 (5) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 some misunderstanding the complainant, wife of the petitioner, filed this case with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner is still ready to keep his wife (Complainant) with full dignity and honour. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 230 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
