The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 28.05.2015 passed by the learned A.D.J.-4, Buxar in Sessions Trial No. 81 of 2011 arising out of Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 133 of 2010 rejecting the petition dated 15.01.2015 filed on behalf of the petitioners under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C.

It seems that with the passage of time, the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial
