This application for regular bail arises out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 211/2018 for the offences under Section 366-A, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8, 12 of the POCSO Act. Considering the statement of the alleged victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 1st, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 211/2018.
