This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute allegation is against sixteen first information report named accused persons, including the petitioners, that they assaulted to Raju Rai, as a result whereof Raju Rai died.

Submission of the petitioners is that the petitioners are female members of the family. There is counter case also and false allegation is there on the petitioners just to harass them.

Considering the general and omni bus allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17671 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 as well as the fact that the petitioners are female, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1633 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
